Local Experience. Personal Attention. Lasting Craftsmanship.
Formerly Gail Construction, Four Leaf Construction represents a new chapter for an experienced team with deep roots in the Cody area. While our name has changed, our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, strong relationships, and doing things the right way has never wavered.
Our team brings together decades of experience, skilled craftsmanship, and a firsthand understanding of what it means to build in Wyoming. We approach every project with the same goal: to create an exceptional product while making the experience of building it just as rewarding. Through open communication, attention to detail, and lasting relationships with our clients, craftsmen, and community, we build homes meant to stand the test of time, and a reputation we’re proud to stand behind.
Jim Talich
Owner & General Operations
Jim Talich is the owner of Four Leaf Construction and has been part of the construction industry since 1998. A graduate of the University of Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in Education with a focus in Construction Management, Jim has spent nearly three decades gaining hands-on experience in every phase of construction. That experience has shaped his approach to building and his commitment to quality craftsmanship, thoughtful project management, strong communication, and doing things the right way from the ground up.
Throughout his career, Jim has been involved in every aspect of the building process, from early planning and design through construction and completion. His experience and attention to detail allow him to see both the big picture of a project and the details that ultimately make a custom home exceptional. He takes pride in working closely with clients to understand their vision, work through challenges, and deliver a product that reflects the quality and craftsmanship Four Leaf Construction stands behind.
Just as important to Jim is the team behind each project. He has worked to build a company culture centered around accountability, teamwork, and taking pride in a job well done. His dedication to his employees, clients, and the Cody community is at the heart of the way he leads Four Leaf, and he believes the relationships built throughout a project are every bit as important as the finished product.
Jim and his wife, Jen, moved to Cody in 2007, where they have raised their five children and made the community an important part of their family’s life. Away from work, Jim is most often found supporting his kids in their many sports and activities or giving back to the sport he loves as a volunteer coach for Cody High School football. From the homes he builds and the team he leads to the community and family he proudly supports, Jim brings the same dedication to everything he does, a commitment that defines Wyoming’s Golden Standard.

Maddie Jackson
Maddie Jackson is the Business and Office Manager at Four Leaf Construction. After six years working alongside Jim Talich, she’s had a hand in nearly every side of the business, from keeping things running behind the scenes to working one-on-one with clients as their projects come to life. Her role includes tracking project budgets, coordinating financial documentation, and working with clients and their financial institutions throughout the building process, helping keep the business side of each project organized and moving forward. With a professional background that has taken her from hotel human resources in West Yellowstone and the Park County School District No. 6 Superintendent’s Office to the construction industry, Maddie brings a unique mix of organization, communication, and people-focused experience to her role at Four Leaf.
Her favorite part of the job is getting to know the people behind each project and helping them create a home that feels uniquely theirs. Whether it’s working through design selections, keeping the details organized, or watching plans on paper become a family’s forever home, Maddie loves being part of the process from beginning to end. For her, the relationships built along the way are just as important as the homes themselves.
Originally from West Yellowstone, Montana, Maddie has called Cody home since 2017. She and her husband, Trevor, were married in 2021 and love the life they’ve built in Wyoming. When she’s not at the office, you can usually find Maddie on the golf course, cheering on her friends’ kids from the sidelines, spending time with friends and family, or simply enjoying everything Wyoming’s wide-open spaces and mountains have to offer.
